We are currently seeking an experienced Security Sales Representative - CCTV, Access Control and Fire to join our team!


Position Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and selling innovative customized security and/or fire alarm offerings.


Essential Job Functions:

Create multiple proposals that allow customers to accomplish their varied goals, needs and budgets.

Develop security and/or fire alarm offerings to potential customers.

Build strong customer relationships, loyalty and retention.

Communicate effectively in visual, oral and written form.

Demonstrated the ability to close sales based on value not price.

Promote collaboration, partnerships and positive relationships with customers.

Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.

Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending improvements.

Maintains customer confidence by keeping customer information confidential.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.


Requirements:

  • Candidates should have experience in either: Security Sales or Fire Alarm Sales with knowledge of local codes
  • Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Intimate knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • Should have high presentation and demonstration skills
  • Should operate effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Keeps current with market conditions and product trends
  • Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, CRM)
